Why doesn’t my serial appear?
Check every character and hyphen. A missing record does not automatically mean the item is counterfeit. Ask C4RTEL to confirm the product’s registration.
Does a QR code prove a product is authentic?
No. A QR code opens this checker with the serial filled in. Always compare the returned product details and check the seller, receipt and physical label.
